A rough sketch for feel/pose. Your feedback at this point is critical! Full payment is to be made after you approve the sketches at this stage.

Colour passes. I will send you updates as I colour the commission for your information. Any feedback for changes are to be done as early as possible! I reserve the right to set a cut-off point for feedback during this stage.

Final pass and polish. Once The piece is completed and polished, I will deliver to you a PSD and high-quality JPG or PNG via Google Drive link for you to download. The link will be active for a month.

I reserve the right to refuse commissions at any time.

Certain topics and subjects will not be entertained (Guro, NSFW, Mecha, etc.)

In the event payment was made on a commission that was refused or cannot be finished for any reason, a refund will be issued.

Commissions are delivered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Payment is to be made in full up front upon accepting the sketched phase of the commission. No major changes are allowed at this point.

Files will be delivered as a PSD and a high-quality JPG or PNG via Google Drive link.

Commissions are for the commissioner's personal use only. I reserve ownership and the right to use the art and associated materials for my own personal use and professional portfolio including artbooks, art samples, social media sites and art sites for non-commercial use.

For Commercial usage, please email me to discuss rates and IP/ownership.

Any usage of Commissions must include credit to the artist (me!).

You are not allowed to use any commissions in the sketch-stage before payment is received. In the event a commission cannot be completed, I release the restrictions on this clause.

Upon commencement of a commission, you thereby declare that you understand and accept these terms and conditions.

I seek your understanding and cooperation to work with me on describing your requirement to the best of your ability with image references whenever possible. If no reply is received within a week of an update, I will continue along the last suggested course of action.

Each commission may take several weeks or up to two months to complete, based on the complexity. I will continue to update you as progress is made.

All of the above are flexible and subject to common-sense, so do communicate clearly with me to avoid misunderstandings!
